Please check out Chanpen restaurant on Rama 4 rd. They are old Thai-Chinese restaurant and not over crowded. They have 2 styles crab fried rice, with and without sauce. I prefer it with sauce. Their dim sums are good too. enjoy.

Yes, fresh goat blood with some fish sauce added to it. The blood isn't the issue. It was the texture of the whatever the innards were they put it in it

That is exactly what they were. But had I said Chicharron nobody but Filipinos would understand what I was talking about. And I am trying to stop comparing food with dishes from the Philippines. I'm not sure if people find it annoying or not.

The fish wasn't that spicy. The flavour combinations of salty, sour, sweet and spicy were amazing though. And the snakehead fish was delicious
Watercress - kangkong! Hehe i love it stir fried with garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and chili flakes! Yummy!
These wern't kankong. Kankong is basically water spinach or morning glories. The water mimosa was unlike anything I have ever had

That was at Dampa Seafood market. I filmed that almost aa year ago now I and I do not remember how much the mantis shrimp were. I ordered 7 or 8 dishes and the total bill was about 9500 pesos
hows the food compare to Bahamas?
That's hard to say. The cuisines are polar opposites of each other. But I spent almost 20 years in the Bahamas and I love the food there. At the same time I also love Filipino food. But to be totally honest, I have yet to go to country where I didn't find amazing food.
